The Fetch Pet Rx gift card reward is eligible for purchasers of Fetch Pet Insurance and the reward is bound to the following terms and conditions:

  • The Fetch Pet Rx gift card is eligible to be claimed thirty-five (35) days after the purchase of the applicable pet insurance policy, provided the policy is active and the policyholder’s account is in good standing.
  • To claim your gift card, you will receive an email with instructions from Fetch Pet Insurance with a code to claim your Fetch Pet Rx gift card. Use code at checkout to claim the gift card. The ability to redeem the gift card will expire after one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date you receive your email with your code.
  • Pet insurance policy renewals are not eligible for the promotion.
  • Gift card is not valid or combinable with any other gift card promotion for policy purchase from Fetch Pet Insurance.
  • These offer terms are subject to change at any time without notice, and this offer may be discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
